I have used CC2 Pro on and off under various Linux installs, and it has worked. Some little hiccups I have noticed include the "Save" or "Save as" dialog sometimes won't let me edit the filename to save as, unless I choose exit, and it then asks what name to save as. Other than that, so far no issues. Install straight forward, usage performs VERY well. Have tested with Suse 10.3, Ubuntu 7.x and 8.x, and most recently Suse 11.1 (with crossover pro 071106).
Just tested with cx 8.0, and it works even better. The saving issue is also fixed. I'll be using it a lot more in the coming days, for now I'll just say Silver, but if all goes well over the coming days/weeks, then I'll upgrade to gold recommendation if no issues occur.
