Hi,
Although error 1603 can be caused by numerous things on a 'real' Windows system,
in crossover/wine there's only a few that regularly appear for us. The first is
the Msi installer itself coming off the rails ; usually it's ok but sometimes if you
have to swap discs it can get upset. Likewise, if the disc is dirty and causes a
read error, that can provoke 1603 as well...
...however, by the look of your screenshot there, has the installer actually finished
copying/installing the game files? If it has (you'd need to manually check), my
guess is it's the disc based DRM causing the error. (this is why the CD/DVD release
is marked as not working), and the Mac is particularly affected by this...see;

If you live in a jurisdiction/locale that allows you to circumvent the DRM protection
(under the auspices of 'Fair Usage'), you may be able to get the game running that
way, however, as Codeweavers.com is a US company and bound by the laws of the DMCA,
we cannot discuss/instruct anyone on how to actually do that, sorry. You may find
some useful information over at WineHQ however ...see;

Cheers!
