Jeej this one works too!
because of copy protection issue you cant change the cds when installing.
Then this part: Confront DRM issues (link to http://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/dmca)

Copy the whole call off dutyfolder to external disc (Call of duty + expansion United offence)

Now make an xp bottle (via managed bottles) and name it Call of duty + expansion.
Kopie the intire folder in that bottle onder c:\programfiles.
Run the .exe and thats it!!!
