do it then work with crossover v 8,0?
and it work without bugs or?

It is unplayable in Crossover Games 8.0. I got it installed and running in steam. Just whenever it loaded textures as soon as the camera moved or the object it turned black. It is evident in the screenshot I uploaded:

That is the best the game looks, which occurs as soon as the game loads and then it is unplayable.

That looks a lot like a problem I had with Hidden and Dangerous and with Unreal Tournament 2003. Here was my solution to those two games:

In Crossover Games 8.0, go to Manage Bottles (under Configure in the Menu, or next to the wine bottle on the Welcome Screen). Go to the control panel for the bottle where you keep H&D. Select winecfg and 'launch selected item'. Go to the graphics tab and UNCHECK the box that says "allow pixel shading (if supported by hardware)". My gameplay now looks normal and everything seems to be running perfectly.

I can't guarantee that it'll work, David, but you could try it. Will you let me know how it goes?

I tried that but get: "----- Initializing Renderer ----
----- Client Initialization Complete -----
Attempting 44 kHz 16 bit [Windows default] sound
----- R_Init -----
Getting Direct3D 9 interface...
Pixel shader version is 0.0
Vertex shader version is 3.0
Video card or driver doesn't support pixel shader 2.0 or better.

Error during initialization:
Video card or driver doesn't support pixel shader 2.0 or better."
