Hi,
Could you please post a log file, execute call of duty with option a pop up will appear flag create a cxlog and then execute. Before that try this command in a terminal: /opt/cxoffice/bin/cxfix --auto .
Forgot to say that this is Mac version of Crossover. I went through app bundle but could not find any cxfix application there. Alos as for the bottle tried a few different things: Default 32 bit Windows 7 bottle, 64 bit bottles, with and without DirectX provided by Steam.

Hi,
For what I can understand the issue is related to wined3d, you can try install dxvk, use the one provided by crossover itself, because is optimized for macs. Let me know if dxvk solved the issue. DXVK will work only if your gpu is vulkan compliant obviously.
