CD KEY error

Hi everyone,
I just installed the new version of Cross Over 6.1.0, and tried to install CoD2 but I keep getting a 'Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation Consult windows installer help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information' and I just bought this game yesterday.

Any ideas on what's going on and how I can fix it?
