I tried it out on Steam. Apparently it installs and runs but I made the mistake of changing to fullscreen and now I can't seem to see the start screen anymore. BoH just terminates. Before, I could still see the ingame menus. Any ideas?

....manually edit the config file created?...on linux,
that would be....
~/.cxgames/Steam/drive_c/users/crossover/Local Settings/Application Data/BoH/config.xml
..on Mac...
~/Library/Application Support/Crossover Games/Bottles/Steam/drive_c/users/crossover/Local Settings/Application Data/BoH/config.xml
...the config file options are fairly self explanatory...
