Heavy stuttering and boderline unplayability

macOS: Sonoma 14.6.1
Macbook Air M3 Chip with 16gb of RAM and an 8 core CPU and 10 core GPU
I play with a wireless Dualsense controller

I tried a fix in an earlier forum which was setting to set an override for xaudio2_1 and now I'm pretty much clueless.

If anyone has had a similar issue I would really appreciate the help. Thanks.
