Heavy stuttering and boderline unplayability

macOS: Sonoma 14.6.1
Macbook Air M3 Chip with 16gb of RAM and an 8 core CPU and 10 core GPU
I play with a wireless Dualsense controller which I recently got and I tried some fixed in an earlier forum too such as setting an override for xaudio2_1 but still nothing works.

If anyone has had a similar issue I would really appreciate the help. Thanks.
