Ocular correction with ICA

He everyone,

I have finally updated my analyzer passing to the 2.0 version. I am running some pilots on an experiment about movement and found out that when I run the ICA ocular correction I actually end up with a very different and incredibly noisy signal (even if I filter the data before running the ocular correction).
Technical info: I am recording with pyrecorder and actiCHamp amplifier, reference are tp9 and tp10 on the left an right mastoids, Sampling rate 500 and 120 electrodes.

Does anyone have an idea of why the signal changes so much?

Thanks a lot!
Chiara
