Install and play was all I had to do. Worked fine, a bit of tweaking to get it to run smoothly.

Are you playing the Steam or non-Steam version?
My steam version dont work (CXgames 9). The same "game is currently unavailable…" as every time since DRM patch
Same here in 9.1. "Game is not available"
If you haven't already done so, try telling Steam to verify the local game files.
I've done so, it still doesn't work. Trying to run it from the command line results in:

I get the same thing.

I see the same bad EXE format error. This is immediately after trying a Steam session where I clicked the "Verify local cache" button.
