Anyone have any ideas for upping the fps? I did all the things the OP did in the "works great" thread. Maybe someone came up with some more registry changes or whatever. I'm running on a 2009 Macbook Pro 2.53ghz 4g ram Nvidia GeForce 9400m. In before "turn down the graphics settings." =P
Nothing I tried made any appreciable impact on frame rates. Whether I played at 1920x1080 or 640x480, settings high or low, it would hang out at around 20 FPS.
Actually just tested it again since I updated to 10.6.2, my FPS have jumped 5-10 on average, so it was hanging out around 25-30.
Yeah - I haven't gotten much in terms of framerate increase for this game yet.
