Hint for running Bookworm Adventures in recent versions of CrossOver

I have found that Bookworm Adventures will still work with recent versions of CrossOver that no longer include the X Windowing system. However, the trick is to move the window title bar partially off the primary screen in order to force a redraw.

Once the window is redrawn, the game runs normally with no graphical issues.
