Blade Runner is one of my all-time favourite games and i bought the gog.com version too. I mainly bought it to get the data files of the game so I was able to run this with an application called "ScummVM" -> https://www.scummvm.org/compatibility/DEV/bladerunner/
I am assuming that gog.com includes the corresponding engine in their .exe-file and you should be fine installing and unpacking the gog-exe-file, installing a native version of ScummVM and pointing ScummVM to the corresponding directory. It does have a graphical user interface.
