BioShock™ 2 Remastered Forum

Through Crossover, Bioshock 2 Remastered launches, everything loads up and the interface is all useable. The FIRST problem you will run into in Crossover 21.2 is when you launch a new game, it will say "press SPACE to continue", but the space key does not register. Don't worry though, one way I was able to bypass this is with a controller, connect your controller and press the corresponding key to continue. SECOND problem was when you were in the game, the textures were flickery, I was not able to take a screenshot of this because the screenshot did not capture the flickering, but rather a clean image of the game. Everything in the game loads though, no black textures or anything, just flickering.

Crossover Version: 21.2
Mac OS versions tested: Monterey and Ventura
DXVK: Regular version supplied by Crossover
MoltenVK: Regular version supplied by Crossover
Mac Specs: M1

Just an idea that ocurred to me, have you tried playing with VSYNC?

Also, have you tried the advanced graphics and other options in your bottle configuration?

Hi Mike,

It's also worth trying the game with DXVK disabled in your bottle settings - we do have some games that work better without DXVK.
