This application installs and runs fine under the default Windows mode. I've only tested the main application, not any of the extra programs.
The program runs fine and I have tested exporting graphics to files. I have not yet tested all the available formats or copying to the clipboard.
The only problem I have spotted so far is that the toolbar buttons are distorted (wrong size/ position).
Firstly note that the appication is a bit slow in loading the database, so for a minute or so after opening the application it may appear that it does not work. Wait patiently and a progress bar will appear in the status bar.
Not having the correct disk in when attempting to copy or export an image, thus producing a 'file not found' error may crash the application.
Copying appears to work fine (for the purpose of this test I was using the OpenOffice.org Draw application), although transparency doesn't appear to be maintained - I can't remember right now if this is the case on Windows as well tho, so it may be application behaviour.
Vector clipart does not work properly. The image appears as a white box. The exported image (in this case in PNG format) was a plain white canvase with no image. Copying vector clipart produces the same result - a plain white image.
I tested exporting images to tif (with and without compressed bits), tga, gif jpg and png. All appeared to work fine, although I haven't found a program to view ras, wmf or psd files yet (and probably some of the other formats I haven't tested yet).
When scrolling through the images, the top row doesn't change as intended when scrolling down.
The search system, including by image type and category, appear to be working fine.
Attempting to use the 'Help' 'Contents' menu item produces a 'failed to launch help' error. All other menu items in the 'Help' menu appear to work correctly.
All other menus appear to work fine.
Creating and viewing different collections appears to work fine.
Despite the destorted toolbar, all of the buttons appear to work fine.
Looking at the CDs, the vector clipart appears to use WMF format.
