The application fails to install under the default Windows environment.
I get the following error during install, with the messagebox title of 'InstallShield':
1628: Installation failed to complete
The error seems to occur during the 'configuring Windows installer' phase of the installation.

I hate regressions. Have you tried a nightly on it? A lot of
work is going into msi and com (which affects InstallShield).
If we can get it working, then maybe we can use cxtest
to nail it down so it stays working...

I've just tried the latest nightly and it still fails. It doesn't display the error message tho, so it may not be the same error.
