installing update to Beamchek

I have been using Beamchek for a couple of years and it is like Tobias said 95%. I recently purchased the upgrade t0 2013 version. I installed once and all seemed to work well, but app would freeze after printing a report. So I uninstalled and tried a fresh install but the app would not launch as it was missing component 'THREED32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered. I can't find any help with this.
Any ideas?
