Battle.net Desktop App Forum

Hi all,
I'm trying to get Diablo IV installed on CrossOver v23.0.0. Whether trying to install Diablo IV or Battle.net directly it hangs on "Updating Battle.net Update Agent (45%)".

Wondering if anyone is having similar issues?

Same ISSUE here....

I bought it and I've requested a refund because Diablo IV is failing in the install using crossover under ventura using crossover 23 due to this ISSUE (battlenet stop the install/update at 45%) and they said me, literally:

• Did you activate/register CrossOver? I ask this because we generally do not provide refunds once the software is activated.
  My comment ===> For new customers. Once is activated you will not have a refund.
• Did you use the free 14 day trial at all before committing to a purchase? Additionally, from your account, it does not appear that you reached out to support with details about the issues you are having with CrossOver
  My comment ===> If you want a refund because the software does not meet your expectations, you will have a problem. You MUST contact with technical support before request a refund.

Very unsatisfied with CodeWeavers-crossover.
