Beta doesn't run

The steam beta for this does not load in Crossover Games 8.1.4 on OSX 10.6.2

Winehq lists it bronze because of texture problems.

This bug is fixed in Wine-dev 1.3.9.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=22617

Tested with Wine 1.3.9 under WineSkin and it is working.

Not sure what the policy is on integrating changes from dev release into stable...also if codeweavers is willing to patch for this ahead of its integration into 1.2.X.
