The game installed and patched with no problems and it runs very well but I always get kicked because of Punkbuster doesn't work.
Any suggestion to make it work? There are almost no mulitplayerservers without punktbuster.

Unfortunately there's no way to make Punkbuster work. Punkbuster calculates checksums of numerous Windows API functions and compares them to values it knows from Windows. CrossOver's implementation of those functions is different from Windows by design.
