You need to have Battlefield 1942pre-installed to install this game.
CD version
If you have updated BF1942 to latest patches mentioned here then this game should run out of the box.
BF1942 WWII Anthology version
If you have the BF1942 WWII Anthology version, you might run into some issues. You can read about it here...
Known issues:
The only issue left at the moment what i discovered (multiplayer not tested), is with the sound, that by explosion sounds, it cuts off the sound of the blow
(not a big issue). Its a known problem, there is a bug entered for that issue.
