The Baseball Mogul 2016 installer doesn't run in Crossover Mac. Contact Baseball Mogul and ask them for the BaseballMogul2016NoInstall.zip file for installing into Crossover instead.
Once you've downloaded this .zip file to your computer visit https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/crossover/baseball-mogul-2016 and click the Install Now button. Crossover will begin a BM2016 install, then click on the Select Installer tab, Choose Installer File, and pick the BaseballMogul2016NoInstall.zip file you previously downloaded. Crossover will run through installing BM2016 into itself and when it's done you'll have a new app shortcut icon you can double-click to run the game.
