I am trying to install Banished into CrossOver and I get the message, "finish the installation in Steam". Steam already thinks it is installed because I used to play it on my iMac through Bootcamp. I'm on a MacBook Pro M1 now. I don't know what to do. Any advice???
I seem to get it running ok, but it won't save and there is no icon for Banished in the CrossOver Window. Steam is there, but nothing else. Banished is the only reason I want to buy CrossOver.

I have a MacBook Pro M1 and I manage to install Banished in two ways:
But in both I obtain a very good installation EXCEPT a very weird cracky sound (like on vinyl disc u know).
Do u have also this problem?
