[SOLUTION] Baldur's Gate 2 and Intel cards + vsync causes the game to flicker in 3D mode.

Hi folks.

ArchLinux 2013.x + latest Crossover (11 and 12).

I have installed the Baldur's Gate 2 (Shadows of Amn and Throne of Bhaal) game and I had a huge problem.

The game was running but I had problems with the 3D mode. Flickering. Self repeating mouse pointer.

Anyway. The solution was to add:

Option "SwapbuffersWait" "false"

in the Device section of the xorg.conf file. This turns off vsync and kills the problem.

Regards.

Andrzej

P.S. Since I don't see general "Baldur's Gate 2" section I am gonna repost this in the "Throne of Bhaal" section too so it's easier to be found. I hope it's ok with the admins / moderators.
