Installed the most recent update: Balabolka-2.15.0.824 with Crossover v.22.0.0, into a Win7-32 bottle with Windows Speech Platform as before.
Seems to work with the same limitations.
Have not yet tested other with other TTS voices (SAPI or the newer online options.)

Maybe this could help you. It is the only way I found to install SAPI 5 nowadays (it was a matter of trial and error).

Thanks. As I commented at the linked page this looks promising, but I don't know how to access winetricks in Crossover. (Using Cx Linux)
