I am no longer able to find any active links to the Microsoft Speech Platform Software or any Voices. Maybe someone else can find them for download.
Balabolka is currently up to Ver. 2.15
If you can find the MSP, and voices, Balabolka installs and runs fine in Crossover as described in previous post.
Tested SAPI5 voices using various suggestions on Winehq and elsewhere and still can't get it to work with Balabolka.
The Balabolka Website: http://balabolka.site/balabolka.htm now has active links to the MS Speech Platform software. Also, the latest versions of Balabolka offer access to the many online tts services (Google TTS, Google Cloud TTS, Amazon Polly, IBM Watson TTS, SpeechPro TTS and several others). I have tried IBM and SpeechPro and both work okay but are limited in the file size they will accept for free. I don't know how these would work with a paid account. Voice options also appear to be limited.
