AMH January 2010 (RACGP USB edition) - CrossOver 9.0.1

This was released on a USB stick.

The application can be run from the stick, or installed into a bottle.
The installer works without problem.

Unfortunately, a lot of the display is missing!
The menu bar at the top of the window is missing. The labels on the tabs are missing.
Most seriously, the index and search panels on the left hand side of the window are missing.
Perhaps there is a problem with rendering the fonts in those areas of the program.

The central text, including the 'contents' page, is still visible. It is possible to navigate around the book using the contents page.

AMH January 2009 edition still works well with CrossOver 9.0.1

All the above problems with eAMH January 2010 have been fixed in CrossOver 9.1-beta1

(and is still 'fixed' in eAMH July 2010, Crossover 9.1 (release version)
