I found a source in Google which shows how to repair the song menu bug by using a native windows DLL file.
However in order to use these DLL's you will need to own a valid windows license, which I am sure we all own.
After downloading the native USP10.DLL, place it in Crossover's SYSTEM32 folder within the windows folder in the bottle.
Next using the wine configuration tool add QuestViewer.exe to to the application list.
Select the entry and go to the Libraries list, and add "usp10.dll (native then builtin)
Save the changes and try loading Audiosurf, this should have fixed the menu perfectly. Happy Audiosurfin'!

OFF-TOPIC: What are the chances of Crossover Games 7.2.1 or higher supporting the option to use different versions of Crossover Games for individual programs or bottles to increase compatibility? The demo of 7.2 won't load Audiosurf.
