i have install the game fine but when i run it i get aclauncher has encountered a serious problem and needs to close can someone help me with this problem

You will need to provide more information for people to
be able to help you -- what we need t know is which version
of Crossover Games you are using, and what OS/platform/video
card your system has. Without knowing such things, it's nearly
impossible to help you (or anyone else =)
