Arena simulation of Machine Failure

Hi
Im trying to simulate a conveyor belt conveying material at 1700tons per hour into a milling machine that mills at 1700tons per hour, this machine has 4 failures , failure type a, b, c and d. How can I tell arena to record how many failures happen for each failure type as the simulation runs?
