Lost one direction communication

We have any desk running on a Raspberry PI4.
For quite some time we had no problems.
We made a full backup of the system SD card after every change in the configuration.
Suddenly we were not able to logon to the PI4
The screen hangs in Connection in progress, please wait.
After some time it times out.
This happens from different other systems.
All these systems can use AnyDesk between them without any problems.
We replaced the system SD card with the backup SD card.
Same problem.
After some investigation we found in the configuration the green V was missing for
enable unattended access. For some reason it was turned off.
After re-configure all these settings the problem was still there and by rechecking the unattended settings the green V was switched off again.
We also upgraded AnyDesk to the latest version.
But again the problem was still there.
From this problem system we can use AnyDesk to other systems without problems.
Who can help us please?

What OS are you running the Raspberry Pi on? Or you remoting to another Desktop that is running CrossOver through AnyDesk?
