Working good in CXG 9.2 and linux -- Steam version

Installs fine via the Steam GUI -- tries to start, but you may get a blackscreen
(with sound) in linux with a nvidia 9800gt (or other videocard). In the nvidia
videocard/driver case, there is a work-around -- see the tips&tricks here for more information
