Reinstall required to fix startup problem

Maybe it's just me, but on OpenSuSE 11.3, if I am silly enough to reboot or shutdown with Kindle running, it then refuses to start afterwards -- requires a reinstall to fix.

Has anyone else noted this problem?

My guess is that there may be a lock file somewhere -- but I'm not sure where to look -- I did not see it anywhere obvious.

I can supply an lsof listing for the program.

I will check I think that I always close kindle first. BWT what crossover version are you using? I have opensuse 11.4
