Altium Designer 17 Crashes during launch !!!

Hi, during installation of Altium Designer 17.07, the installation procedure is not able to load the requested Microsoft.NET 4.6.1.
Therefore when launching the application after the installation procedure (where you simply say to skip this step and continue-finish the installation when requested), the program say that there is one "unforeseeable" error and crashes.
Could you please help?
Used Last night build (Versione 20161217 (17.0.0.30140)) and bottle WIN 10 64bit
