Choppy internet radio playback on Aimp 3 - Mac OSX Mountain Lion

In Mac OSX Mountain Lion, the software itself works great and plays mp3s easily, better than ever. Unfortunately, while mp3 playback is smooth, internet radio playback is choppy. Is there any way this can be fixed within Wine or Crossover?

It may be your internet connection speed... Check that. 😀
