Following the tips, I got the game to install. But it didn't run. Under Crossover Mac, I had nothing. Under Crossover Games, I had an error about running it under a debugger.

After some work with google, I turned up a solution: it's doing some kind of anti-piracy stuff, http://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/dmca

Game now runs for me fine under Tiger/intel. Some graphical flicker, mainly when pushing back the fog of war, and some audio stutter in scripted scenes, but otherwise no problems (so far 😊 ).

Can you please link me to the patch you used? The one's that I've downloaded arn't working.

Same problem. There are dozens of possible downloads, so knowing which is fairly important.

At the risk of a templated response, it goes something like this:

Basically, DRM wins, if it's legal for you to circumvent such protections in your legal jurisdiction, google may be your friend, but such can't be supported here.
