Adobe Reader 5.1

The default download for CX Office is Adobe Reader 5.0.5. If you're more adventurous, I've had great luck with Adobe Reader 5.1 and it has better support for comments and markups over 5.0.5.

5.1 can be downloaded from Adobe here:
