Installation error

I am using Crossover Office 7.1.0 and tried to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0. The installation fails shortly after accepting the usual prompts and the install begins. It returns an error message stating:

"The ODBC installer DLL (ODBCCP32.DLL) is not installed on this system."

There is a screenshot of the error in the screenshots tab. I also attached a screenshot of my CXO configuration page.
