I try to run using advise posted in 'Tips&Tricks":
~/cxoffice/bin" and run this command: ./wine --winver winxp "[path to Photoshop]/photoshop.exe
in clean (!) .cxoffice profile and fail with "Your Adobe Phosohop (R) user name, organization, or serial number is missing or invalid."
cxoffice 4.2 version
using 5.0.0 simply fail at the begining of run before any window can be opened
I tried the tip and did not work either. Got this error:
winewrapper.exe:error: cannot execute L"/dev/hda1/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS2/Photoshop.exe"
Have tired several iterations -- different mount points, etc - all without success.
Had used Photoshop 5.5. almost flawlessly.
Stil think CX rocks, though, as it runs all other software I have tried to use.
