I've had illustrator 10 running under crossover office 2.01 for a while and now that I've upgraded it doesn't work anymore 😊
I figured out that it is running as root though... Making everything world-writeable in cxoffice doesn't fix this as far as I can see though...
I've set up a shell script to run illustrator with the older version of cxoffice
Sorry to reply to my own post. I forgot to mention that I've installed an uninstalled this app many times. Uninstall always fails, and being paranoid I end up deleting my .cxoffice directory and starting over.
