Just tested with cxoffice 6.1 professional and the program does install (an improvement), but, it complains that IE is not installed (even though it is and even selected by default) and that it needs the flashplayer plugin for IE. Get some blank error message then the program exits.
The programs uses my installed (linux) firefox for registration, but does not use it instead of IE for general purpose.
Anyone have any suggestions to try?
Well sorry for replying to my own thread, but I have an addition to make.
After reviewing codeweavers ranking policy, I changed the my rank of Captivate 2 to Bronze. Since it installs normally, runs normally, and will even take a screenshot (if you click on the red capture area).
See the known issues section for this application to see what has yet to work.
Unfortunately, after more testing, even though I can get the screenshots taken the program will not save to disk. It just exits with no errors.
Well back to the drawing board to find a solution. ;)
