I totally agree with Gendo. What the heck is up with Trillian, iTunes or even Photoshop CS, (which sucks by the way; Photoshop 7 is more than enough). We need professional applications, like all of the adobe and macromedia lines (Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro 6) not stupid little programs that can easily be replaced by simple and better linux versions. Trillian can be substituted by kopete, iTunes by xmms, graphics programs by GIMP. Support stuff like acrobat pro, or even netmeeting, since there is no other program for linux that provides those features (except gnomemeeting, which doesn't always work with netmeeting). Is it possible that you ppl have to go only where the money is, instead of bringing windows software to the best os on the planet (i.e. Linux) making a conscious effort to destroy Microsoft's monopoly of the home desktops? Where is your linux spirit?
