I just tried this with the new 3.0.1rc1 (Xover Pro), and no joy. I tried it with the Windows version set to the following:
Windows 95 (installer quits, complaining about unsupported OS version)
Windows 98 (installer quits, complaining about unsupported OS version)
Windows NT 4.0, 2K, XP (installer just quits, no messages whatsoever)
With the Windows XP setting, Xover 3.0.1rc1 automatically does its simulated Windows reboot after the Acrobat 6 install dies. With the NT 4.0 and 2K settings, you get to click "Finish" as if the app had completed installing.
