HELP!
Anonymous

I have been thrust in Acobat Professional 6. My task is simple. Convert a Word doc and 2 Excel docs into ONE pdf doc. Simple enough as I found this simply done by Clicking: File then: Create PDF then: From Multiple files. Very Nice!

Life is nver that easy. Now I need to automate this as we desire to make a monthly packet of 10 Excel / Word reports....we want to make a script or something to do this each month....click a button and walla...a pdf file containing the 10 reports!

I see under Advanced there is Batch processing. This looks promising as I can get it to open the files and convert them to pdf, however, it saves the individually as opposed to merging them. How can I get it to open multiple files and then save it as one big one. Do I need a java script? If so, anyone care to share the code I would need?

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
