Failed to initialize graphics system

I installed Space Marine 2, but when launching, I get a dialog with "Failed to initialize graphics system".
Anyone know how to fix this?

I turned on D3DMetal, used the "Quit All APplications" option, and did a Simulate reboot, and the game was able to launch.
Only issue now is it's stuck in OFfline Mode.
