I use the latest Mac Sonoma, M1 Max, MacBook Pro,
Advanced config
Enable these to get best performance

• metal

• Msync or E sync either work but one has to be on.

• high resolution (for me this had to be on because my resolution is over 3k)

Issues.
If I use full screen, my monitor resolution is 3200 1333 resolution. In Game it says it’s over 6k, but full screen makes me lag no matter what, not related to hardware. So I have to play in 3k res window mode to get consistent frames around 45-60. Lag spikes every so often when traveling.

You don’t need high resolution enabled in wine to play, or have it be in Windowed mode. I discovered that if you run steam in big picture mode (can be windowed) then palworld runs perfectly.
Metal and Msync should still be on.
