Custom app taking screenshots produces blank images

Hi.

I have an old Windows 32bit program that I need to retrofit some screenshot code into it. It works fine on Windows, but on Mac it just produces a blank images. I'm using Win32 BitBlt function for capturing the contents of GetWindowDC(0).

Could it be a privacy settings issue or maybe screen capturing isn't supported by Crossover?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

In the game The Lord of the Rings Online, if wined3d is used any screenshots produced by the game client's own screenshotting utility come out blank even though the MacOS screenshotting utility works normally. However, if DXVK is used instead of wined3d (i.e. DXVK is enabled in the bottle settings), the game client's screenshotting utility functions properly.

I don't know if that is relevant to your project but I thought I might mention it since it seems to be a similar issue.

(FYI for any LOTRO players: Whether using a Mac with an Intel or Apple processor, you should be using DXVK to avoid potential graphics issues, especially in the newer areas of the game.)
