Just upgraded from Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04 and seeing an issue with Active Trader Pro - which ran nicely on 20.04.
Running Crossover 23.7.
Upon starting Active Trader Pro (ATP) - which is basically a big spreadsheet of stock prices/data streamed in real-time, just about every UI element madly flashes on and off until I force a repaint of that element by running the cursor over it. That only works for a minute or two and then most of the UI will do it again.
Saw something about a regedit key named 'StrictDrawOrder' for Direct3D and tried enabling it - to no avail.
Again, no issue whatsoever on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS - so I can only assume this has something to do with the fact that the windowing system is now Wayland.
Oooof, I would also assume that Wayland is the issue :/ There is a toggle on the login screen for Ubuntu to switch to x11 from Wayland, so I would try that and see if that resolves the issue.
Yes - you are a genius - switching to X11 resolved the issue.
Thanks!
