have you run it in Desktop mode?
Yeah,but it comes with the same result.
I'm not entirely confident that this will resolve your issue unfortunately, but it's the last thing I can think of and is probably worth a try. Have you tried setting CrossOver to "Emulate a virtual desktop" in "Wine configuration" and then setting a "Desktop size" that is large enough to accommodate (or the same size as) the game's resolution requirement?
